Barbara J. Rhoades, AIC
Chief Executive Officer
Barbara is responsible for the day to day operations of the pool and has been with OTRP since 2002. She is currently on the Board of Trustees for Transit Reinsurance Limited, Inc. and serves as Board Treasurer. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1989 and brings experience from two other public entities pools (MMRMA and The Ohio Plan) along with experience gained from The Hartford and St. Paul RE. Barbara holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from Hartford College for Women and has post gradute designations from the Insurance Institute of America (IIA/CPCU).
Kenneth F. Reed, AIC, ARM-P
Loss Control Services Manager
Ken is responsible for the oversight of all loss control, training and risk auditing activities and has been with OTRP since 2003. He has worked in or with public transit since 1998. Ken currently serves on the Ohio-Kenturcky-Indiana Regional Counsel of Governments which coordinates regional transit. Ken holds a BSBA from The Ohio State University in marketing/trasportation logistics and has post gradute designations from the Insurance Institute of America (IIA/CPCU).

Claims Specialist
Andy is responsible for adjusting property/casualty claims for all members and has been with OTRP since 2010. He has worked in the insurance industry since 2007 and brings experience from Allstate. Andy holds a AS in IT from Stark State Technical College.
Angel M. Wisenburg
Claims Specialist
Angel is responsible for adjusting property/casualty claims for all members and has been with OTRP since 2005. Angel holds a BA in Sociology from Kent State University.
Rebecca A. Yurchiak
Executive Assistant
Becky is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day financial processing and administrative support for OTRP. Her duties include accounts receivable/payable and all Board Meeting activities. Becky has been with OTRP since 2002.
