Claims handling from dollar one. Defense counsel expenses are included with occurrence limits. Subrogation services are included free of charge. Claims consulting is available on a contracted basis.
Coverages Provided
Property at replacement cost (including vehicles) and "over the road" coverage. OTRP also offers Crime, Boiler Machinery and Bonds required by State Statute. Liability coverage includes GL, Transit Liability, E&O, D&O and EBL.
